An ALFEX watch has been manufactured with the utmost care, using first-class materials. Before leaving our factory, it underwent a series of meticulous tests. We give particular importance to the use of the finest materials in the manufacture of all our watches ñ including the wristlet. Experience shows that they do not cause nickel allergies. We give a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase on materials and manufacturing quality.

The guarantee on your ALFEX watch covers any malfunction occurring within 2 years of the purchase date because of defective parts or workmanship. An authorized ALFEX service center will regulate, repair or replace free of charge any component needed to restore your watch to perfect working order.

The guarantee is valid only if genuine factory parts have been used for servicing. The guarantee lapses if the watch is tampered with by fitting spare parts which were not supplied by authorized ALFEX agents. The guarantee does not cover glass breakage, damage caused by use of unsuitable batteries, and wear of the battery and leather strap. Malfunctions or damage caused by inappropriate treatment, accident, misuse, neglect or excessive strain are also excluded. If a claim is made under the guarantee, the guarantee period is not extended by reason of the fact that parts may have been changed.
